Samuel Sciacca
Samuel Sciacca is CEO of SCS Consulting, LLC. He is a registered Professional Engineer and an active Senior Member in IEEE and the IEC in the areas of utility automation. He has more than 25 years of engineering, marketing and sales experience in the domestic and international electric utility industries. Samuel currently serves as chair of two IEEE working groups that deal with cyber-security for electric utilities: the Substations Working Group C1, which is working on P1686; and the Power System Relay Committee Working Group H13, which is working on PC37.240.
