Dr. Jerrold L. Vitek is a Professor and Head of the Department of Neurology at the University of Minnesota. He has worked extensively in the field of Deep Brain Stimulation. We interviewed him last year at the first IEEE Life Sciences Grand Challenges Conference, where he spoke on “Deep Brain Stimulation: Challenges and Opportunities”
